Hi, does anyone know where I can get the recovery image for a Linx 1020? I see the forums has it for the 7, 8, 9 and 10, but not 1020.
Or is the image for the 10 the same as 1020?

Thanks

Ok so I contacted Customer Support who were very helpful and sent me a dropbox link to the correct image.

Also they pointed me to these directions for making the USB.

They also sent me instructions to using the Recovery USB

Hopefully this will help anyone else in need.

There Customer Support seems to be great, although this didn't fix my specific problem they are continuing to support me.

Hi
I have 2 Linx1020 tablets that I need to reinstall the operating system on. I have downloaded the file from the link above, extracted it to usb device. When I boot into recovery and click on Boot Option Menu the USB device is not recognized or showing up there. Can anyone assist me with this please?

My 1020 has started having a Bitlocker error on boot. It's my 6yo childs so has nothing of importance on it . Can anyone send me a link to a working ISO I can burn to USB and recover the system. The recovery image I've tried downloading stops at 1.6Gb each time and wont unzip
Many thanks

In downloads section.

EDIT:- Scratch that, seems the file was never completely uploaded.
Only other solution would be to create your own recovery disc using latest Win 10 iso. You would need to inject drivers into iso (including touch screen files). Like I did with Vision ISO.
