Are you saying you've set it up from new and now it's asking for password?
Or, is this the first time you've switched it on and it's asking for password?

If the first, you must have given it a password, in which case, is there an option for 'forgotten your password, or 'hint' etc? It could be the password you gave for your Microsoft sign-in / email account

If it's the first time switch on, which would be very strange, I would try the usual '0000' or '1234'

If neither of these suggestions work, I suggest you either get back to where you purchased it, ie Argos and explain it's of no use, and get a replacement or you explain further in a post here

Hi,
It's asking for password straight after showing Linx logo, looks like a bios password, it didn't go for standard windows setup, the one is usual for new devices.
I've tried 0000, 1234 and a few more, nothing works.
I'm going to send it back.
Thanks for quick answer anyway.
