I got the Linx 12x64 as a Christmas present but despite following the instructions the keyboard isn't working.
Detaching it does generate the pop up to switch to tablet mode so on some basis it knows its there.
I've checked drivers and it's all up to date.
I can see the keyboard in device manager where it says it's working correctly.
I've even deleted it restarted and started again but still response in desktop mode I can only use the Linx in tablet mode.
Any help appreciated please
If its broke and it doesn't turn on you probably wanna post in here.

i have same problem, been in touch with Exertis support who sent usb stick with windows 10 18 03 version in hope that would work. unfortunately you need a keyboard to install it during boot up and of course keyboard doesnt work. there is only one usb port as well. i cant get my wireless keyboard with usb dongle and the Exertis usb stick to work using a hub. going round in circles.
