I restored 'Optimal Settings' and, as well as the screen no longer working until I bought a HDMI-to-micro HDMI dongle and changed MIPI to EDP, I discovered the following options have the following setting applied:

Advanced > CPU Configuration > CPU Thermal Configuration > Digital Thermal Sensor > Disabled (shouldn't this be enabled?)
Advanced > CPU Configuration > Intel Virtualization Technology > Enabled (will having this enabled have a performance penalty on an already slow CPU)
Advanced > CPU Configuration > Power Technology > Disabled (other options are Energy Efficient and Custom, with Custom having EIST (Intel SpeedStep) and Turbo Mode set to Enabled and Package C State limit set to C1 (other options are C3, C6, C7))

Advanced > PPM Configuration > CPU C state Report > Enabled (what is this?)
Advanced > PPM Configuration > Max CPU C-state > C7 (other options are C1, C6) (is C7 optimal?)
Advanced > PPM Configuration > SOix state > Enabled (what is SOix?)

Advanced > System Component > Rear Camera > Disable Camera (shouldn't this be enabled?)
Advanced > System Component > Front Camera > Disable Camera (shouldn't this be enabled?)
Advanced > System Component > GPS > Disable GPS (shouldn't this be enabled?)
Advanced > System Component > Light Sensor > Disable Light Sensor (shouldn't this be enabled?)
Advanced > System Component > Triaxial Gyroscope Sensor > Disable GYRO Sensor (shouldn't this be enabled?)

Chipset > North Bridge > Intel IGD Configuration > GFX Boost > Disabled (shouldn't this be enabled?)
Chipset > North Bridge > Intel IGD Configuration > PR3 (For Win10 Only) > Disabled (what is this??)
