Need Help with steam install on microSD

Issues with steam and microSD installs. I've downloaded dishonoured, which runs perfectly on the on board storage but get this message when I try to start it from the SD.

I managed to install CS:GO on a microSD with no problems by going into

View > Settings > Downloads > Steam Library Folders > Add Library Folder

Created a new folder on the sd card. Then pressed install on the game and chose the sd card in the drop down box for "choose location for install".

Yeah, I've installed this that way. But it doesn't seem to work. I may have to try some less intensive steam games on there to see of its just an issue with dishonoured

I have all my steam games installed to my 200GB sd and all work perfect.

Seems I had a corrupted card. I got a refund because it had write speeds of 70mb/s for a few seconds then dropped to 2mb/s after the initial few seconds.
Will be getting a Toshiba card this week I think, as I have never had a problem with them.

Thats completely normal, I would never expect anything to write at the crazy speeds they quote constantly. Plus it depends on file and size.
Large files transfer faster than little files.

I tested the Toshiba I use in my phone on the tablet and it has a constant rate of 30mb/s+

I would check again, doing a decent test. As no storage device will write at a constant speed.
My 200GB with write caching enabled, writes at 90mb/s very rarely. As I said it depends on size of files. If Im copying 2000+ tiny files it slows to around 10 to 20mb/s, if its doing say 3+ 1GB+ files it writes at around 40 to 70mb/s. I think thats fair enough for what it is.
