Are there any Vision owners out there that have any experience with running games from an external harddrive through an OTG cable rather than SD card?

I appreciate that the data transfers will be slower especially if not a SSD. But, just wondering if it works and if it would be worth my time installing a few games on my HDD to play at home with?

in theory it should be far faster than using the sd card , as usb3 is capable of data transfer rates of 5 Gbps which is vastly quicker than sd cards even if its not ssd, nearly all 3.5" hdds are capable of 6 Gbps as long as the adhere to the sata III system.

only thing is if your linx is like mine you would have to reboot your vision each time you want to either use the usb drive or charge your vision
