hI

just purchased one of these for my christmas present.
And i'm wondering if windows 10 home supports iSCSI iSNS? or do i need to upgrade it to pro for this ability.

I have a NAS box which supports this function, and i'm using win 10 pro on my laptop which does support this. and would like to use this to install programs (but not games) to. I know transfer rates aren't super fast, but for loading some apps speed won't be an issue, maybe even emulator roms.

Can you get Win 10 Pro 32Bit?
Besides, I use my 10 year old NAS, for streaming and apps. Works fine here on samba 3.

I thought about using samba for it. But wanted a bit more security, besides iscsi can be used over the internet.

Whereas samba has become a major target for wannacry and it's variants.
