32-bit OS

Hello All,

I have ordered a refurb Linx Vision from Argos (eBay). It should be coming today. I have been reading plenty of reviews, and I think I have made the right choice. I was looking at the GPD Win. It's lovely device. And as a very happy owner of the excellent GPD XD (which I firmly believe to be one of the greatest handheld ever made - especially if you are a retro gamer - this runs games upto and including the Sega Dreamcast). I basically trust the company. But the price £70, plus 12 months warranty made it a no brainer. Plus I have a Linx 8 (original), which has been be absolutely flawless for me. So, Linx is also a company I trust.

Anyway, for average day to day use, does having a 32-bit windows OS present any issues? I have not really about any, but I have always used 64-bit versions of Windows. Would people recommend upgrading the OS to a 64-bit one?

Thanks.

You can't update to 64Bit, as we only have a 32Bit BIOS.

Its still a cool bit of kit. Shame the controller is too bulky. Makes your arms hurt after a while of playing HALO Master Cheif Collection,

It's not bad. I'm having a crack at your awesome configs. See if I can get some extra performance. Might even beat your scores   It's already faster than the original Linx 8.
