Subject says it all....

I love my Linx 8, but I'm struggling to compile a side by side spec list to see what's upgraded and overall if it's worth upgrading. Anyone gone from the original 8 to the vision?

I'm thinking;

WiFi - the 8 can be sketchy, some say the Vision has 5GHz and ac?
Storage - 32GB is disappointingly the same as the original, shame it's not been increased to 64GB.
Processor / GPU - bit of an upgrade in speed and 3D ability (maybe less heat, better battery with the shift to 14 nm vs 22 nm? http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Atom-x5-x ... tom-Z3735F
Screen - seems the same
Ports - Still the infuriating single Micro USB......
Controller - Seems to all be based round this.

I'm also curious as to if something even newer might be on the horizon that may adress a few points.

There's a micro HDMI too.
The processor is cherry trail, so a marked improvement. Not sure it's worth the extra unless you want the controller dock.

I think I will stick with what I have for now.

I'm kindka hoping that the next 8 inch tablet from Linx will be sporting usb c and 64gb of usable space. If they do, it's time to upgrade.
