Apologies to dig up an old thread ; though I heard that some users are no longer getting disconnects with the standard windows drivers?

Furthermore my SD card is running a little slowly and I want to replace it .

I just wondered if anyone could post their results ( speed benchmarks e.g crystal disk mark)

Yawn

So I just got a Sandisk Extreme A2 / U2 , and the vision gives a Code 10 error on the SD controller drivers . This happens with both Generic Windows drivers and Follett's drivers .

I am lost !

Code 10, is power issue?? Means it cant power it. So putting another in works straight away?

No The samsung Evo does not need any configuration , just plug and play .

The Sandisk Extreme ( I have had two U1 and U2 ) when they work they were faster but the first early model Extreme frequently disconnected . The second one did not work at all

Yes , the extreme cards have been a problem for me , even with the alleged driver fix . I have since been playing with a Sandisk Ultra which is fast but still disconnects :/
