Touchscreen has stopped working

Postby DrAce » October 7th, 2016, 1:54 pm

The touch screen on my Linx 810 has just stopped working. I've used a USB mouse and keyboard to access the device and device manager shows no errors. The latest update looks a little odd: FUJITSU LIMITED driver update for System Firmware - are these devices manufactured by FJ?

Any tips on where to start resolving this?

thx

Is that the one in the Lind 8 forum about touch screen not working after a reset? I read through that but it didn't seem to help. Also, the touch screen doesn't seem to work with the BIOS screens hence the FJ firmware question. Do you have an 8/810 and if so can you confirm whether you received the FJ update?

Thx

Hi,

Sorry, miss read your first post. It appears you have same issue as linx 7 and 10 users. However there tablets were bricked by last windows update.
Are you able to use keyboard in UEFI? if so, you could try and get the BIOS file from Linx to reflash and try and fix.
