Linx 10V64 Keyboard

Postby GtoPaul » April 4th, 2017, 2:13 am

Hi All,

I have just bought a Linx 10V64 which I am going to fit into the dashboard of my car as a carPC.

I am looking for a way to fit the Power, Sound & USB connections easily when slotting the Tablet into a custom made dock.

I have 2 issues at present, maybe someone can answer:

1. I am having trouble sourcing a plastic or rubber case that the tablet will press into. So it is removeable. Any ideas?

2. The Keyboard magneticaly connects to the bottom, making 5 pins. If I butchered a keyboard for the connector, would this be a USB connection? (ideal for connection to the car) and also would it charge the tablet through it if connected to a 5V supply.

Any other ideas anyone has are welcome.

Cheers

Paul.
