Alternatively, at this stage we also suggest attempting a factory reset (as attached) on the device to see if this eliminates the issue.
Please be aware that prior to attempting this, all data needs to be backed up to ensure it can be restored and to avoid loss.

Fro what I can see nothing can be tried without a usb keyboard and unfortunately I don't have one.
