Bluestacks is slow even on a decent PC with 4GB of memory, I wouldn't expect much on the Linx 10, it should install and run but won't be great.

There are loads of dual boot tablets and TV stick/boxes kicking around on the Chinese sites so it is possible to run Android and Windows but would probably be a matter of the right drivers. A lot of these devices mention 64bit processor but none mention whether the UEFI is still limited to 32bit or if they have been updated to 64but UEFI.

How is the performance on bluestacks? I found it to be sluggish when I installed it on a laptop which on paper has better specs than the Linx; combined with the problems I had uninstalling it stopped me from trying it on my Linx 10 but if it is OK I may give it a go.

Been having a play with DuOS by AMI on my Linx10, it's not free and I am not convinced enough yet to buy it once the trial ends. it seems to be running a VirtualBox machine similar to Andyroid. In full screen mode it looks and feels like an Android tablet and runs relatively smoothly. It's only Android 4.2.2 at the moment. It does state that 2GB of memory is required so probably isn't going to work on the Linx7 or Linx8. You can install launchers and apps from the play store as you would on a real android tablet.

It's another one worth a look until a proper dual boot solution is available.

Hi, I was just wondering how people are getting on with trying to dual boot their tablets. I would like to try bluestacks or duos or andyandroid or any others that might work well on the linx 10. Does anyone have it on their linx 10 and has it been working OK.

Any info much appreciated.

Thanks.
