I don't understand these instructions very well

I tried to do it and I managed to delete all of my partitions also my windows but android worked. I can get windows back with my recovery drive but I don't understand these instructions
thanks

EDIT: at this part
Installing Android!
1. Do NOT Format
2. Install Grub
3. Install Grub2 if asked
here it asks for format again so i clicked no and then it started installing then it booted to windows with no advanced boot blue screen.

Make sure you right click CMD and select "run as administrator" when you open command prompt. it sounds like the commands didn't apply anything. it should tell you if they have been added to the boot menu. Try type the commands manually if it isn't working (but not the safe mode command, this might cause duplicates).
If anything has changed you may want to try the below. Let me know if it works though

• bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy Standard

Android-x86 have released an Android 5.1 build with big improvements over the last build, including full support for installing and booting on UEFI devices

Re: Dual Boot Windows & Android
Hi,
Thanks for the guide, tried it as didn't want to always use a live USB to boot android. have a slight issue.
The partition is there and android installed but don't get the boot to OS option in the Win 10 boot loader. i can boot to EFI shell and navigate to the partition, load grub and then it boots (although no touch screen)
Any suggestions?
