I ended up quitting wow years ago as i was so addicted.

I would have killed for a portable wow rig back in the day!!!!

sorry to rehash a post from Feb but wanted to know how what size of SD card was needed for WoW?

Love the idea of having it on the Linx8. Portable WoW!

I have also tested
Alien versus predator gold - smooth with all settings to high
Gunmetal - smooth with settings on low
Heroes of might and magic 3 with HD mod - runs great with touch all options in launcher set to high.
Urquan Masters HD - runs great
Enemy Territory Quake Wars - running with all graphics to low and textures set to maximum - runs very smoothly.
Seems to be the way with the Linx10 set textures to high and other details to low.
Swapped my ipad mini for this such a great decision!
Currently awaiting my ipega controller in the post

Did you get your IPEGA controller i bought one cant get it to work on Windows Linx 10 in joypad mode? grrrr

Can confirm that Broken Age is fully playable on Linx 10. Rocket League however is not

Hi. I dont know was it said but i did manage to install Eve online on linx 10 and with settings to lowest its ok for some stuff like market updates, Manufacturing, Contracting. Simple actions work, maybe some hi-sec flying from station to station.

Required mouse and keybord, u can get it to work without kb but mouse is essential.

Now this is interesting.

Looking at getting a new Linx 1010 and have been wondering what games it might be able to play.

Love Xcom and Civ 5 so may try those.

Has anyone tried The Banner Saga, Dragonrun series (Returns, daggerfall etc) I believe all these are touch enabled too.

How about Space Hulk (and Ascension) and Taliisman?

Been messing and found the following:
Pegglle and Peggle Nights will work but need a keyboard initially. Ideally a mouse to play
Escape from Rosecliffe Island works great. it complains about the resolution in landscape mode but ignore it
Plants Vs Zombies works - needs a keyboard initially to enter your name but after that it is fine/
I think most of the popcap games experience this issue with the name entering thing. I had a bunch and installed them from Steam since they were so small.

Final Fantasy VII and VIII requires a gamepad (using xbox one pad) but both work brilliantly and doesn't drain the battery too badly. There is a small caveat - they both need a single keypress (X) to start. Also, if you are playing full-screen and hit the window key, the game won't recover - if you full-screen again you need to restart the tablet. I have been running in windowed mode 1024x768 and moving the task bar to left or right for this, and then you can also use the on-screen keyboard to press the X.

Sid Meier's Ace Patrol and Pacific Skies both work fine.

One last interesting thing: Origin will happily install games to the SD card and run them directly from the card. I managed to get the SIms 3 installed and it works at 1280x800 resolution (low detail) and is perfectly playable. The game really needs a mouse and probably a keyboard too.
