12 x64 no wifi after windows 1803 update

The broadcom 802.11ac apdtor has stop working since the lasted update 1803, thanks to microsoft it now takes 8 minties for my table to start and I have no wifi.

Any body found and answer to this as Microsoft couldn't give a rats &*** about it. :evil:

Maybe search these forums for wifi not working etc. There have been quite a few over the past months.

I had this issue.

Fortunately, I had a USB ethernet adaptor. I know not everyone has this to hand, but this it how I got my Linx 12x64 on so that it could get wireless drivers on. It was a while ago, but I think once I got the PC back on the internet is was able to download the wireless drivers as a Windows update. Ironically, it was just that it had no connection to the outside world that sopped it sorting itself out.

I hope this is of some help or might direct you towards a fix.

Failing that, the drivers that my 12x64 would be for the Broadcom 802.11ac WDI and the version is 1.596.19.1
Downloading this on another PC and copying it to a USB flash drive would be my next step of action.
