Hi

Yes, I'll try to help you, maybe tomorrow. Sorry but been rather busy recently. Try not to worry too much. People on this forum seem to post in the evenings so possibly are working during the day.

May I ask if you have keyboard with your tablet?

What build of Windows have you got? There is a major update due any time soon which may help some of your issues, but I don't know. Losing drivers seems to be fairly common with tablets these days so you'll not be alone ;)

Will get back to you when I can

Hi

What happens when you try to open the camera? Do you get a message or anything else happen? The camera not working after the last big update has affected a lot of tablets, not only the Linx.

There is a new Big update due again very soon which, I'm hoping, will have a solution to this problem

Out of interest, does your auto-rotation of the screen still work or is the rotation button greyed out?

Hi

I've been looking to see if there are any new posts regarding this issue. I have the same problem and error message, hence my interest. I can't say at what point I lost the camera but it would seem to be during one of the updates to Windows 10 which has rendered the camera incompatible.

As there is a new, major, update due imminently, I've decided to wait until I have that and see if there has been a fix for the camera.

At least you have the auto-rotation working. Many don't have auto-rotation since the Fall Creators update. These issues are common amongst many different tablets, not just Linx, so one would hope Microsoft would look into such a fix.

Sorry not to be more help
