Nice
Are you stil covered on your replacement? Or did that 'use up' the policy and you need another?

Staples send you an invoice (separate from the delivery for the tablet, for some reason). They can also provide replacements and PDF invoices. I needed it for my cashback offer but they had my old address so I managed to get a PDF from their CS.

I read the square deal terms and conditions some time ago and I think that a replacement claim might end the policy - it didn't seem very clear at the time but this is sometimes the case with replacement policies. Overall I think a better question to ask would be is it really worth it. If you have accidental damage cover on your home this should be covered and is it worth spending £25 or more to insure a device that you could currently replace for under £40? By the time you have a problem you might already be thinking about upgrading to something new anyway. Most insurance policies carry some excess so you might have to find the first £10-£20 yourself

Have to be fair, I think all accidental damage cover is disgusting. Makes people not value anything, if you break something, then its tough.
Why should people who have never claimed for stupid things like this, pay more due to people that do.
I think these type of policies are a rip off anyway, lots of people never understand at the time and end up paying for them. They then realise years down the line, they paid for something they didnt need.
