Almost zero chance, better off buying the Pipo W1 64GB or the main-board for one (either option will likely cost considerably more than a Linx 10).
Throughput over a USB HDD caddy is pretty good though ~ 30-34MB/sec write (requires powered USB hub). Using a Verbatim USB 3.0 caddy (in USB 2.0 mode) and a 500GB Western Digital Blue 5,400RPM disk. No physical USB 3.0 support unfortunately (although the platform is capable).

of course, was thinking of testing the motor ports to see if they're enabled would like to get some haptic feedback on this

Not sure how relevant they would be outside of Android to be honest. Not sure if the GPIO is presented to Windows or not for that device.
