@QuaterusBuxton

Much obliged for the heads up on the alternative method of downloading this image.

I have spent 2 days trying to get my Linx 10 up and running and finally found this.

There remains, however, a problem in that the Mega app is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard and it seems I have already exceeded my quota of 5Gb download, and I have no idea how?!

The solution? Cough up the cash for a monthly account (yea right) or I wait 6 hours until my quota is reallocated.

I'll be waiting 6 hours.

Very grateful, nevertheless, for you advice.

OMG! trying to resolve this 'bricked' 820 issue following a WIN10 upgrade is worse than pulling teeth....

I'm stuck on the 'unexpected error' screen.... but the touchscreen does not respond... Ive trawled through countless posts that start with a reasonable explanation but somewhere the thread gets lost and I'm not progressing.

I'm currently waiting for the FACTORY RECOVERY IMAGE to download and attempt an install using that route but as I cannot gain access to the BIOS too instruct the tablet to boot from USB I'm anticipating no further progress...

Can anyone point me in the direction of a definitive resolution or provide any much needed guidance with this issue...

MANY MANY THANKS TO THOSE WITH JEDI LIKE POWERS OF RESOLUTION.....

Hi all,
While I am not an owner, I repair a number of devices including Linx tablets that have suddenly started to land on my lap.
With the 1010, they have been restored great with the help of recovery image and drivers posted on here.

But this week I have had 5 Linx 8 tablets - all need restoring and have been restored to the Linx8 image posted on here.
What I can't seem to find however is a driver for the following:

Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F37

Does anyone have any idea where I can find this from?
It's not in the drivers zip file on here. I've tried searching via the Linx 7 drivers which does have a chipset folder+ zip (extracted) but no go.
Windows search also does not find it (online)

While everything seems to work, I cannot return these as working until all drivers are installed (both for pride + just incase). I suspect it could be the card reader or something along those lines as the OTG via the usb port works fine.

Thanks in advance

is the linx 1020 using the linx 10 reset disk? because it's windows 8.1 but I thought the tablet was supposed to be windows 10?
Also, I can't install audio drivers or touch screen drivers. In fact, the only ones I can are the wifi and bluetooth drivers.
