Linx 10, Help Please

Linx 10, Help Please

Hi all, got a few linx 10 tablets and used the factory image to recover (from this site)

all done and setup
activated windows
- now wont download anything from the Store? says internet is too slow i have 40+mbps connection
- windows update just seems to be constantly searching i,e 12 hours and still searching for updates?

any help please?

Have any anti virus installed by any chance?

Are your date and time settings correct. Store gets in a muddle when they are not.
Also do a store cache reset
Type "wsreset" into Run or from the start menu

forgot to mention its 8.1 with bing.

Cleared cache and updated time to be correct.

still no success in downloading from the store.

"your purchase could not be completed"

Also thanks for any help guys :) ps this is the same across all the linx 10 tablets i have.. just deactivated windows defender which is the only anti virus on them and still no joy

Have you installed anything and I mean anything. As I had this only when I installed app to remove spying and it blocked all M$ servers including store stuff by adding it to block list in defender.

Nothing has been installed, managed to get one to download apps last night by updating the app store (through app store) the others seem to not be willing to do the same and constantly searching for update via app store
