Screen issue - hardware fault?

Bought Linx 10 from Sainburys on Saturday (24th October 2015). Updated to windows 10 and got it setup just how I want it. very pleased wiht device, build quality specs and performance.

Sufddenly today I had a screen issue (please see picture on left hand side of screen). Its an intermittant fault that comes and goes. Should I take it back for exchange or is this something thats easily fixed in settings/drivers etc.?

Any thoughts anyone?

I will try and re-post the image - once I have figured out how to do it!. I have taken several more as the issue manifested itself several times yesterday. I have re-installed windows and checked drivers but this has had no impact. I am confident it is a hardware fault. I have spoken to sainsburys and they have agreed to a return so I will be swapping it out tonight.
